About the Program
Our 200 hour Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program will:

Study of the Chakras and how they affect us personally and our student.

Examination of personal energy, including the building healing prana,

Expanding the auric field, releasing negative toxicity from the body.

Asana mechanics, cautions, and how to adapt asanas for limitations.

How to plan a class structure, and sequence and discover your own creative teaching style.

Discover and explore your shadow self in a weekend dedicated to the art of self-acceptance.

Classic pranayama – learn yoga breathing techniques.

Yoga lifestyle, including yogic diet and magnetic living.

Anatomy and physiology for yoga teachers.

Prenatal yoga workshop – learn to teach prenatal yoga.

Yoga philosophy, including Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and more!
