Classes at Glow

Due to the recent concerns regarding Coronavirus, we feel the most responsible decision for us to make at Glow is to temporarily close the studio until further notice.   

In the meantime, please be incredibly diligent with hand washing; respect the need for social separation; and don’t travel.   Let’s band together as a community and do all we can to get this very challenging and unfortunate situation under control.

Tribal Trance Flow

This 60-minute class is designed to build heat, tone and detoxify the body.  Together we will synchronize movement and breathe for the ultimate mind-body practice.  When you’re ready to get sweaty, this high-intensity flow sequence is perfect for building strength, endurance and balance. This class will leave you feeling powerful and invigorated.

Core Infused Slow Flow – Low Heat

The core is integral to providing us with the ability to move our body!  Not just the abdominals but it is comprised of the muscles within the whole torso.  This class will focus on building up the muscles and awareness of our core to help us move with more ease! A mildly heated vinyasa flow class, where we will use the breath to guide us into our postures. In this class we will move through a series of sun salutations, incorporate some pilates moves and fine tune our postures to build up strength and endurance for the body and the mind!

Low Heat.

Freedom Flow

Freedom Flow is a fun and dynamic practice that honours the body’s natural organic rhythm and movement.  This class will move you through a flowing sequence that incorporates strength and flexibility to create the feeling of space and freedom in the body and soul. 



Hot Stretch & Flow

A slower-paced vinyasa class that is still challenging and deeply rooted in strengthening one's connection with breath and movement. Get into the rhythm of this truly invigorating class and find true balance in this soulful moving meditation. Good for all levels.



Kundalini Yoga, otherwise known as the Yoga of Awareness, is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness

Recharge & Restore

In this class, we use a combination of Vinyasa (or flow) class with some restorative poses thrown in! This class will allow you to get your body moving and then blissed out and relaxed! 



Yoga Beginners Class

Yoga for Beginners Class provides a safe and welcoming environment for you to explore, experience and gain an understanding of meditation, various breathing exercises (pranayama) and various poses (Asanas). You will learn how to integrate your breath with movement while working through a breakdown of beginner level poses and modifications. Each class will build upon a knowledge base of fundamental yoga principles and what it means to practice yoga both on and off your mat. This class is for anyone who is new to yoga as well as a practicing yogi who just wants to get back to the basics. 



Vinyasa Flow

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are all heated. In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.

Restorative Yoga

In this class, we will use mantras, meditation and gentle movements in addition to traditional restorative postures where you will be well supported with lots of props. The purpose of this class is to give the Central Nervous System a chance to slow down, to bring ourselves out of fight or flight mode and into a state of relaxation and rest. The focus is on connecting to the breath and releasing long-held patterns of stress and tension in the body. 




Relax and rejuvenate on your lunch hour without breaking a sweat! You will be guided through simple, relaxing meditations with sound therapy and essential oil infusions to integrate a calm and peaceful break in your day to guide you deeper into your internal awareness.


Core Power Vinyasa

In this Core Vinyasa Flow class, you will be guided through a variety of yoga poses and exercises designed to strengthen, stabilize and tone the core of your body. The core is the area connecting your upper and lower body, including the abdominals, mid and low back, and glutes. A strong core is beneficial in many ways, and can help improve balance, digestion, lower back pain and day to day movement. This class is suitable for all levels of experience; options for beginners and advanced practitioners are given. 




We combine Soma yoga, therapeutic movement and yin postures to move intentionally, mindfully and slowly into our bodies. Very little vinyasa for these poses. We explore mindful movements that are approachable for beginners and those who need move hips, shoulders, and spine. This practice supports a body that works hard for you and needs space to stretch and stabilize. Connect to your body, breath, and mind.


Gentle Flow

This class is suitable for all levels. Find some space on your mat as you are guided through a gentle vinyasa flow that will help calm your nervous system. In this class you will be guided through movements that will open and stretch your muscles with conscious breath and careful alignment. We will begin with basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. This class is slow, thoughtful and grounding and great for those who are new to yoga or would like a gentler experience. This is also a great class for those who have limitations or recovering from injuries.
