"I feel very lucky to have had Tara for both prenatal yoga and now the mom & baby yoga sessions. The prenatal yoga was great in preparing for labour and I used a lot of the techniques during. Tara is also a very compassionate and empathic person and helps with any anxieties you may have. The mom & baby yoga is something we look forward to every week. Tara really understands the needs of the babies and is very flexible in incorporating them into the practice. Meanwhile she really advocates for us parents to look after ourselves and create a safe space for us!!! Both these sessions have made all the difference in the road to parenthood!"

"Shortly after my son was born I started to attend Tara's Mom and Baby Yoga class at Glow Yoga Studio. The experience was amazing. Tara creates a warm, inviting and friendly environment. She incorporates our little ones into our practice and finds ways to cater to our individual needs by shaping our weekly intentions and practice objectives based on our conversations. The studio is clean and bright, peaceful and stimulating; the babies can't help but smile, laugh and coo while the mothers exercise and redeem their sense of self. Practicing with my son helped me to establish a unique bond with him, something special just between us. Practicing with Tara is comforting and non-threatening. She understands what we as new mothers have been through and sets us on a path for where we'd like to go, both physically and spiritually. "I discovered Glow Yoga Studio in June 2012 after my trainer suggested adding something new to my fitness routine. I did my first class and was hooked. On the advice of Carol, I signed up for the Body Inferno Bootcamp in September. I was very apprehensive as I had no idea what it was about. After the first class I was completely addicted. The incorporation of free weights into the yoga practice is genius and I was both challenged and invigorated. Doing inferno three days in a row, gives enough rest for your body but also keeps you in a routine that allows consistent growth in your practice. During the four weeks of Inferno, my body became stronger and more toned. I lost several inches off my whole body but mostly in my waist, abdomen and chest.

Carol encourages everyone to work to their own limit and to push through the resistance which is key for improving your practice. I achieved more strength in poses, greater focus and confidence and even inner strength through the guided meditation each day. If you are looking to challenge yourself, have fun and get fit at the same time, I encourage you to try Inferno!"

"I just recently completed my very first yoga Inferno Bootcamp at Glow Yoga Studio. What an experience! Carol is amazing! She really motivates people. She pushed me to do more when I would have otherwise quit. To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the Inferno Bootcamp before starting, but by the end of the first class I realized that I could do it. Everyone in class was at a different stage in there "yoga journey" so I did not need to worry about what level I was on personally. I was exactly where I needed to be. Also, when I started Bootcamp I realized I was weak in a lot of joints and by the end of the 4 weeks I was stronger everywhere. It makes a difference when you work hard and you can feel the results as well as see them. I am so ready for the next Inferno Bootcamp to start."
